Monitor CoDriver Assist request
A call was received recently from a Monitor CoDriver Assist member reporting that his vehicle tyre had burst while he was driving to a meeting, and that he did not have a spare tyre available. We immediately established the location of the incident and were able to find a company nearby that had the correct size tyre available. We arranged for an approved towing service provider to tow our member directly to the tyre company. Our member was very happy that we were able to provide this service to him and was able to proceed to his meeting shortly thereafter.
