This means we are at top performance levels with only human error, misunderstandings, or technophobia that occur from time to time. This said, I know we have user experience shortfalls on the platform, and we have problem-solved most of these in future updates. Well done to the entire team as each one of us contribute to the level of service and success of the platform.
We recently received the below commendation from one of our clients which I wanted to share with you
“Dear Brian, Allan and Zee
Thank you so much for your quick responses to my emails this afternoon and also for helping me get connected via AAA-Response App.
I must say I am very impressed with the service and rapid responses, which gives me a feeling of safety and security. I also had a call from the call centre whilst we were setting up the App on my phone, the first call which came through I cancelled as I did not recognise the number and then Zee recommended that I do answer if they phone again and tell them we are setting up the App. Even that voice was a friendly and helpful voice ….. I am so impressed
I must add that Zee is an angel. She should have been impatient and she was not at all. She kept cool and calm and made sure I knew what was potting right to the end of the call.
Thank you again for everyone’s input, support, help and being so accommodating.
Please can you note that I do have an alarm system which is monitored by Knight Alarms (KSS) in Howick.
