ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
We as dispatchers here at TrackBox handle a lot of cases, from minor issues like members forgetting their usernames and passwords to major cases such as farm attacks, etc. One thing that we have recently added and become VERY good at with @Monitor Administrators is Roadside Assistance.
On the 26th of July we received a call from one of our clients who had broken down on the N2 carriageway northbound underneath Spaghetti Junction. The client wanted his vehicle towed to his preferred panel beater in Springfield. We have multiple relationships with reliable, quick, friendly and registered tow truck companies nationwide, so I immediately phoned Net Tow whom we usually phone for the above area.
They assisted as soon as they could and were able to tow the vehicle safely to the client’s desired panel beater in less than an hour. The client was very happy because the tow also fell within his policy price range for a mechanical breakdown and he was assisted as quick as possible.
With Roadside Assistance we always try to get the right price for the client, making sure that the charge of the tow is covered by their policy. If it goes over the price range of their policy because of distance, we make sure we get the best price for you!
I think it is very important that our TrackBox members know about The Advanced CoDriver Assistance Center and I think it’s also very important that our @Monitor clients know about our TrackBox App so that in case of an emergency and when ‘Roadside’ is required, they can just activate the app and we will phone them back IMMEDIATELY.
One thing I myself can promise as a dispatcher is that we always give our 110% dedication here at TrackBox and that we have nothing but passion for what we do, whether it be a small or big incident.
