Stranded with dead battery

Late this morning I received a panic activation from a TrackBox member from Howick, KZN, who was in Hazyview, Mpumalanga Province, and whose car battery had died leaving her stranded, and unable to start her vehicle.

I contacted a local battery centre and unfortunately they were unable to assist. I then called Charles from Robson Mechanics & Towing in Hazyview and thankfully he said they would be able to help the stranded motorist. 

After giving him the location he promptly made contact with the motorist and arrived at her location within half an hour and fitted a new battery to her vehicle.

The TrackBox member was very happy with the service provided and we are grateful to Charles for rendering assistance at such short notice.

Remember, we will go to any length to help you, no matter where you are and no matter what your emergency is!
