A TrackBox AAA panic activation was received from a member in Roodepoort one morning at 2:43 a.m.

I called the member and he reported that he had received an SMS notification from his tracking company advising that the battery from his bakkie had been removed. He then called the employee who was with his bakkie and asked him to go outside and check the vehicle. On checking the vehicle he saw that the battery had been stolen. 

On receiving this information I contacted Roodepoort SAPS and they dispatched a vehicle to the scene and a case was opened.
