Requiring to be tracked while driving

We received an app activation from a AAA Response member requiring to be tracked while driving. I advised the member to activate the TrackMe feature on the App when they were starting the journey.

The members were travelling from Secunda to Harrismith , Freestate, a total of 323 kms. They were towing a caravan and required support while they travelled. They had location based service activated on their smartphone, and I was able to see their precise location as they travelled. I contacted our members at regular intervals to ensure they had not encountered any problems while travelling.

They arrived safely in Harrismith after the 4-hour journey.
