Experiencing abdominal pains and condition worsening

On one of my first night shifts I received a call from one of our members seeking help as his wife was experiencing abdominal pains and the tablets that she had taken were not helping and her condition was getting worse.

I obtained all the details of the patient and was able to dispatch Netcare 911 in a matter of minutes. The patient was transported to hospital where she received all the medical help necessary, and we will continue to communicate with the member in the coming days regarding her progress back to health.

Our members are our priority and it is our duty to take care of them.

We trust that she will get better soon.
