STOLEN VEHICLE STOPPED & RECOVERED

A wanted Citroen C4 came up on one of the SNIPR™ cameras on Friday the 11th of October in the Durban area. I immediately did a reg. check with SAPS and the vehicle was confirmed to be a stolen vehicle. I then called the relevant security company for the area and they said their patrol units were looking for the vehicle.
Later information was received from the security members on scene that the vehicle had been stopped and recovered successfully with two suspects taken into custody by SAPS.
This is another example of the excellent results that we expect every day at the SNIPR desk.
