Thought for the Day!
It’s truly amazing how under lockdown there are so many more “life hours” available compared to those in our “normal” busy lives; yet for me our organisation has improved in its teamwork, communication and daily interactions, simply because we realised that we needed to talk more, see each other more often and have more virtual boardroom coffee together throughout the day.
I realised that this actually had nothing to do with lockdown, but that it was a weakness that we needed to address…
