House Breaking

I received a call from a member about a house-breaking in progress at her neighbour’s house. She described the suspects, how they were dressed and that they were on foot. While I was on the call my colleague was busy notifying the police.

When I finished talking to the member the police were already on their way. I called again a while later just to confirm that the police came to assist, which they had. Fortunately no-one in the house was hurt during the robbery.

The homeowner was pleased with the speedy response of the police but unfortunately, the suspects managed to escape.

This member was worried as they had suffered two previous house-breakings, so I advised her to download the TrackBox app so that in the future, should there be another incident, we could send help as soon as possible.
