Bail hearing – 1 granted bail, 2 denied bail

Tharina Human and Pieter van Zyl were denied bail in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate’s Court. Accused number 2, Laetitia Nel was granted bail of R25000 on condition that she report weekly to the Vanderbijlpark police station as well as surrending her traveling documents. She is also not permitted to make contact with the witnesses. 

Bafokeng Molimohi, who appeared in a different courtroom today has abandoned his bail application and will be remanded back into custody.  In his next court appearance he will join his 3 co-accused.
