Vehicle damaged after attempted theft

Just as we arrived on night shift a TrackBox AAA Response member called in to advise that someone had tried to steal their vehicle, damaging it in the process, therefore requiring that it be towed. She was with her son-in-law at a local High School.. 

All the necessary details were taken and a local towing company was contacted to tow her to her residence. While the tow truck was on the way I updated the member on the progress.

She was greatly relieved when they arrived and advised that she was already advertising TrackBox to her son-in-law due to the good service received. I ended the call at 18:48 when she called to say she had arrived safely at home. 

The tow truck company was also well recommended for assisting her.
