With Easter Weekend around the corner

We took some time to reflect what we, in the ERPC as dispatchers have done to make a difference in South Africa. Dealing with both emergencies and helping members with their TrackBox queries.

We as a family do our very best to assist those that need our help.

Days have come and days have past but this remains:

* The people that we have helped and the lives we have touched. 
* As dispatchers we wear the ‘One Phone Ring’ motto proudly, as there may be a life at the end of the line that needs saving. 
* No day is like any other, no call the same; 
* One thing that will never change: the passion and drive that we all share within this close family in saving the lives of our members. 
*Each life is precious and when it hangs in the balance we do everything in our power to get assistance out to the members that need it.
